Shipping Policy

Our business model is on-demand production, we believe that this is the innovative way towards a sustainable future of fashion. We will only make the dress once you have ordered it. Once we have received your order, we will process it within 5 - 10 days. For deliveries within Sweden, please allow 3-5 weekdays for it to arrive. For international orders, it may take at least 7 days or longer, depending on your location.

 

We offer free shipping in Sweden for purchases of 3000 SEK and above.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want to help the planet by minimizing the effect of CO2 emissions through shipping, packaging and garment waste. Since we only make a dress when you order it, we do not accept returns. We on the other hand can offer :

 

(1) garment alteration - we will be charging a fee for this service, contact our customer support for details here.

We advise you if you are unsure of the size that you want to order, please write to info@sagewinther.com and we will make sure to answer and accommodate your questions or special requests before we make your order. We even offer a made-to-measure service, if you are interested, click here.


For exceptional cases: e.g. returns that involve clothing that´s damaged when you received it, please send us a photo of the damage immediately after you received the order so we can investigate the problem. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

 

Gift cards are non-returnable items.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g. receipt of payment).

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sagewinther.com and send your item to: STORGATAN 52, SOLNA, 171 52, Sweden.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: STORGATAN 52, SOLNA, 171 52, Sweden.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
